Refund policy

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, with proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at edibleair@gmail.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Please contact us before shipping anything back so we can provide return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for unused, unopened items.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us promptly with your order number and photos of the issue. We will cover the necessary return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the refund decision. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
